ANKARA, March 10 (Xinhua) -- Turkish President Abdullah Gul left for Iran on Tuesday to participate in a regional cooperation summit in Iranian capital Tehran and tried to ease tension between Tehran and Washington, the semi-official Anatolia news agency reported."
