ISTANBUL, March 10 (Reuters) - Turkish state-controlled lender Halkbank (HALKB.IS: Quote, Profile, Research) on Tuesday posted unconsolidated net profit of 1.018 billion lira ($582 million) for 2008, down 10 percent from 1.131 billion a year earlier."
