NICOSIA, Jan. 27 (Xinhua) -- Cyprus will lodge an appeal to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) over the the issue of missing persons following a Turkish actor's 'confession' that he killed 10 Greek Cypriots during the 1974 war, government spokesman Stefanos Stefanou said Tuesday."
