LIPPSTADT/ISTANBUL, November 26, 2008: On January 1, 2009, the automotive supplier Hella KGaA Hueck & Co., Lippstadt, will take over 49 percent of the shares in the Turkish vehicle-parts trading company Intermobil, which is based in Istanbul. As the company announced on the occasion of the signing of the contract on November 25, 2008 in Lippstadt, the cooperation is a strategic investment in the important Turkish market for service parts and accessories for passenger cars and commercial vehicles."
