"We Do Not Expect EU To Say 'no' When Turkey Fulfills All Requirements, Parliament Speaker

ASTANA - Turkish Parliament Speaker Koksal Toptan said Tuesday that the Turkish government did not expect the European Union (EU) to say `no` when Turkey fulfilled all requirements.
Addressing a group of Kazakh academicians and students at the Public Administration Academy in Astana, Toptan said that if the 'EU said `no` to Turkey after having fulfilled all the requirements, then Turkey would go on in its own path."
