Ukraine, Kiev, 27 October /Trend News corr. Z.Novosvitski/ Ukraine and Turkey plan to sign an agreement on mutual recognition of diplomas of higher education and scientific degrees, UNIAN quoted Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko as saying at a joint news conference with Turkish President Abdullah Gul in Ankara."
