The Brighton Rotary Club is spreading the gift of photography — one of the specialties of the Rochester area — to school children in an impoverished outskirt of Istanbul, Turkey.
The club will provide 10 cameras, one computer and one color printer to each of four primary schools in Umraniye, Turkey."
