NEW YORK (Reuters) - The war between Russia and Georgia shifted the political landscape in the Caucasus and is prompting Turkey, Armenia and Azerbaijan, three countries with long-standing disputes, to try to settle their differences, Turkish Foreign Minister Ali Babacan said on Monday."
