"SOCAR launched researches for oil refinery construction in Izmir
Baku, Fineko/abc.az. The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) is ready to launch the construction within SOCAR/Turcas/Injaz alliance.
SOCAR Investments Department Chief Vagif Aliyev said SOCAR/Turcas/Injaz alliance has started the researches for construction of an oil refinery in Izmir."
