Turkish cotton producers are eagerly awaiting an upcoming government decision on seed cotton premium rates. In regard to the domestic and international prices and costs, the seed cotton premium should be specified as Ykr 50 per kilo at least, Basri Özçoban, chairman of the National Cotton Council, said in a written statement released in Ýzmir on Thursday."
