"Explosion wounds 16 in Turkey
ISTANBUL, Turkey (CNN) -- A bomb placed in a car exploded in western Turkey Thursday just as two buses carrying police officers and soldiers were passing by.
The blast wounded at least 16 people, included several police and military passengers on the bus, government officials and Turkish media said."
