Turkey's Foreign Minister and Chief Negotiator for EU talks Ali Babacan departed from Ankara on Monday to attend the 5th Turkey-EU Intergovernmental Conference in Luxembourg. Two new chapters on 'company law' and 'intellectual property law' will officially be opened to negotiation at the conference, bringing to eight the number of policy areas Turkey has opened since it began accession talks in 2005."
