Erdogan's second cabinet could eventually bring the -arrangement- over the infamous 301 bill, which was the part of the Penal Code made by Erdogan's former cabinet, to an end.

The clause, which is the point at issue, is unnecessarily restrictive on 'freedom of expression' in Turkey. The government was also aware of this situation, but since they were ruling country with a mind bound to democracy as only a word, they were not concerned with expanding freedom of expression."
