Wednesday November 14 2007 (Updates to close) ISTANBUL, Nov 14 (Reuters) - Turkey's lira rose 3 percent on Wednesday, as U.S. data reinforced U.S. rate cut expectations, while banking stocks outperformed the rest of the market in anticipation of more easing from Turkey's central bank. The lira firmed 2.2 percent to close on the interbank market at 1.1780 to the dollar. In after-hours trade it firmed as far as 1.1700, up 2.9 percent on Tuesday's close."
