ANKARA, Nov 29 (Reuters) - Germany has extradited to Turkey two Kurdish PKK militants, the Turkish Justice Ministry said on Thursday, in a move hailed by newspapers as a sign of increased European willingness to crack down on the outlawed organisation. The extradition of Mehmet Iltas and Mehmet Esref Kizilay came as Ankara massed up to 100,000 troops near its border with Iraq for a possible incursion against an estimated 3,000 PKK rebels using that region as a base for attacks inside Turkey."
