"Turkish Vestel eyes JV with Whirlpool
ISTANBUL, Oct 24 (Reuters) - Turkish electronic goods producer Vestel (VESTL.IS: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Wednesday it would start talks with Whirlpool Europe (WHR.N: Quote, Profile, Research) about a white goods joint venture.
Each firm would hold an equal stake and Vestel would transfer all its shares in Vestel White Goods Inc. (VESBE.IS: Quote, Profile, Research) to the new company."
