"PACE ‘rejected Turkish candidates following professor’s complaint’
A sub-committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) rejected the list of candidates nominated by Turkey to replace former judge Rıza Türmen at the European Court of Human Rights following a complaint made by a Turkish professor.
