Whirling Dervishes displayed their famous performance called 'Sema' at a special event held in the Central Anatolian Province of Konya to mark the 800th anniversary of great thinker Mevlana Celaleddin-i Rumi. The ambassador of Afghanistan in Ankara also attended the event and read out parts from Mevlana's book Mathnawi-i Manawi (Mesnevi) in Persian."
