Former head of the Turkish Constitutional Court, Mustafa Bumin, spoke with the Hurriyet yesterday about the new constitutional framework which proposes allowing the wearing of 'turbans' or headscarves in universities. Said Bumin, 'They do not know or cannot see the realities of Turkey.'"
