The 44-year-old curator promises a 24-hour rendition of this young but established biennial -- this year titled "Not Only Possible But Necessary: Optimism In The Age Of Global Wars." Video works will flash from unexpected street corners; art works will be seen in shops at the textile market as well as in Istanbul's first power plant. Exhibits with names like "Burn It or Not," "World Factory" and "Dream ..."
