"EU integration chief criticises France over Turkey

BERLIN (Thomson Financial) - The EU Commissioner for Enlargement, Olli Rehn, has levelled criticism at France over its attitude towards Turkish entry into the trading bloc, in an interview with Financial Times Deutschland.
'He who launches a new debate must think about all the possible consequences,' said Rehn, alluding to French President Nicolas Sarkozy's plan to run a debate on enlargement during the EU summit in December, which will be organised by Portugal."
