WASHINGTON, June 1 (APP): The United States has expressed its support for Turkish efforts to foster improved relations between Pakistan and Afghanistan, the two key allies in the fight against terrorism, whose senior officials met on margins of G-8 Ministerial in Germany this week to assess progress on goals laid down in April 30 Ankara Declaration. 'We, along with the G-8 and the rest of the international community, support Turkish efforts to foster improved relations between these two key partners,' Deputy Spokesman Tom Casey said in a statement."
