3 Western Balkans countries & Turkey will participate in the EU's FP7
The Republic of Croatia, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and the Republic of Serbia signed a Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with the European Commission, which will give them the possibility to participate fully in the EU's Seventh Research Framework Programme (FP7)."
