"Direct foreign capital in Turkey exceeds USD6 bln in January

'Direct foreign capital which flowed in Turkey exceeded 6 billion USD as of the end of January, 2007,' said Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan who spoke in the inauguration ceremony of the new headquarters of Independent Industrialists' & Businessmen's Association (MUSIAD) in Istanbul on Saturday.
'This figure will be more than 10 billion USD by the end of March,' he added.
Erdogan said that uncertainties in Turkey were eliminated, and there is a confidence and stability milieu in the country. He added that inflation rate dropped to single digits."
