US seeks cooperation with Turkey on education in Central Asia

"US seeks cooperation with Turkey on education in Central Asia

I joined a breakfast with the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Evan A. Feigenbaum yesterday. Mr. Feigenbaum is a young, energetic US diplomat dealing with south and central Asian affairs.
