Both Turkey and Germany are moving ahead with plans to establish a German-language university in Istanbul with the German Ambassador in Ankara, Eckart Cuntz, presenting a document outlining the German government's concept of the planned university, a written statement released by the German Embassy detailed. The university is being founded to help foster dialogue between the West and the Muslim world"
