"Turkey To Train 4,500 Public Personnel For E.U.-backed Projects
ANKARA - Turkey, which expects an increase in European Union funds allocated to the country with its accession, is set to train 4,500 public personnel to develop necessary projects.

26 seminars will be held with the participation of 100 personnel in each of the seminars, and 80 training programs will be conducted, which will be attended by a total of 2,000 personnel."
