The ongoing debate about Turkey's relationship with the European Union on the backdrop of the Cyprus controversy should not mask the fact that Turkey's successful convergence momentum in recent years does not unilaterally hinge on the EU accession perspective. We are quit confident that Turkey remains an attractice convergence investment whatever the outcome of the EU Summit will be."
