"Azerbaijan threatens to shut down Russian and some Turkish TV broadcasts

BAKU, Azerbaijan (AP) - Azerbaijan could pull Russian state television stations off the air if Azerbaijani TV stations are not allowed to broadcast in Russia, a state broadcasting official said Tuesday.
Turkish channels could also face problems if they refuse to broadcast Azerbaijani programs, said Nusirevan Maharamli, the head of the state National Broadcasting Council."
