"Estonia to Open Office in Turkish Cyprus

Estonia, one of the European Union’s 10 newest members, is planning to open a contact office in Turkish Cyprus.
The former Soviet republic, which became an EU member in May 2004, is preparing to establish diplomatic representation with the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), currently only recognized by Turkey."
