Turkey in Champagne with Potatoes:
Ingredients (Serves 4):
1 turkey 1.5 kg 75g butter 1 tsp flour 300ml champagne (or sparkling wine) salt and freshly ground black pepper.
1kg waxy potatoes 3 cloves garlic, crushed 1 bunch of parsley, chopped 3 tbsp goose/duck fat salt and freshly ground black pepper. "
