Iraq is unhappy with new dams being built by Turkey in the southeastern regions and feels the water flow to Iraq will slow down. Iraq also has an acute shortage of fuel and urgently needs good quality Turkish gasoline, diesel, LPG and kerosene. But that means proper payment of its fuel debts to Turkey."
