Every citizen of the EU has fundamental rights, most of the time. All �others� have the freedom to hold opinions, and to receive and impart information and ideas, without interference from public authority, when and how we decide. These rights are packaged domestically, but also for consumption abroad, according to our needs. Actually, we believe all people should have fundamental rights, but some people are more equal than others. Let us give you an example. Say we have a Turk in one hand (and remember we are working diligently to ensure the �Accession Process� for Turks will be especially difficult and not equal in treatment with previous applicants). The right to freedom of thought and expression for this �other� person does not include taking positions which differ from positions held by our politicians (who beyond any doubt are specialists in most fields, have the required legal expertise in international law, and can be considered historians as well as experts in foreign affairs)."
