After a week dominated by domestic terrorism, we take a look at what the newspapers are saying in Turkey.
The response from the Turkish government to bomb blasts in Istanbul and the Mediterranean resorts of Antalya, Marmaris and Mersin has been bullish, with the military pledging to clamp down on the Kurdish separatists thought to have been responsible. Security sources have blamed a splinter group from the PKK calling itself the Kurdish Freedom Falcons.
After dominating the front pages earlier in the week, the story has now made way for the international row over Iran's refusal to abandon nuclear enrichment and the peacekeeping effort in Lebanon. Turkey is one of the member states that has pledged troops to the United Nations effort, but foreign minister Abdullah Gul has made it clear that they would not be there to disarm Hizbullah. "
