Ingredients (Serves 2)
for the köfte:
250 gr medium ground beef1/3 cup bulgur, small grain1 onion, grated2 garlic cloves, smashed with salt1 tsp crushed red pepper1 tsp cumin2 tbsp pine nuts1 cup parsley, chopped1 tsp saltPepper for taste"
