The Aegean Sea is impossibly blue. So blue, the Turks call a sailing trip there a blue cruise or blue voyage. Usually the term refers to a trip aboard a gulet, a traditional Turkish wooden yacht with a crew. But sailors and would-be sailors can also charter sailboats, with or without crews. They can also sail during the day and spend their nights at a family resort that offers sailing lessons."
