Zeytinyağlı Kabak (Zucchini with Olive Oil):
Ingredients (Serves 6):
2 medium zucchini1 large onion, sliced2 garlic cloves, sliced1 small yellow potato, cut in bite size pieces1 small carrot, cut in bite size pieces1/3 cup water50 ml extra virgin olive oil, half for cooking, the other half for after 2 tbsp lemon juice1 tbsp sugar1/2 teaspoon salt"
