Internationally known Turkish composer and pianist Fahir Atakoğlu said in an interview on Monday that Turkey is 40 years behind developed countries in terms of music.
Atakoğlu performed a concert in İzmir last week on Europe Day. Prior to his departure from İzmir, he told the Anatolia news agency they had received a very positive reaction from audiences at all their concerts in Turkey. "
