"Turkish & Dutch Justice Ministers Meet In Ankara
ANKARA - Turkish Justice Minister Cemil Cicek met his Dutch counterpart Piet Hein Donner in capital Ankara on Tuesday.

After the meeting, Cicek held a joint press conference with Donner in which he stressed that the Netherlands have always contributed to Turkey's relations with the EU.

Cicek said that appellate court is a new judicial reform, and noted that the Netherlands has extended assistance to Turkey regarding this matter.

On the other hand, Donner welcomed Turkey's judicial reforms, and said that establishment of appellate courts will make the legal system more efficient.

Donner stated that his country has proposed Turkey to train Turkish judges and prosecutors, and said that this will not only help Turkish jurists learn about Dutch judicial system but also help Dutch jurists learn about Turkish judicial system.

Cicek and he exchanged views about solution of problems faced by Turkish and Dutch citizens kept in prisons in the two countries, he added."
