"Sener: There is a quality change in capital which enters Turkey

State Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Abdüllatif Şener stated it was recommended that the floating exchange rate should continue during the 9th Development Plan Period.
Replying to the journalists’ questions following the opening of the TÜSİAD 3rd Entrepreneurial Congress, Şener noted that the 8th Development Plan Period was completed in 2005 and said: “2006 is regarded as a transition year. A new plan period will begin as of 2007.”"
