Innsbruck- Turkish Defence Minister Vecdi Gonul who attended the session on 'EU Troika and candidate countries' during the informal meeting of EU defence ministers in Austria said, 'if there is a demand, we can help the military operation which EU wants to undertake in [DR]Congo.'"
