In a letter to Council of Europe, Ankara says that no Turkish official has been involved depriving any individual of liberty, or transporting any individual while so deprived of liberty, occurring by or at the instigation of any foreign agency

In his report on secret CIA flights and detention, CoE's Davis welcomes Turkey's clear answer to his question, but also seeks more explanation whether any official probe was carried out by Turkey on the issue. Davis criticizes countries including Norway, Poland and Spain for providing unsatisfactory replies"
