‘Total Solar Eclipse’ can be best observed in Turkey

Concerning the Total Solar Eclipse of March 29, 2006, NASA Reference Publication announced that Turkey is the most suitable country for observation.

‘Total Solar Eclipse’ that will be experienced at about 14.00 in Turkey can be observed from any of the following cities in Turkey: Antalya, Konya, Aksaray, Nevşehir, Karaman, Kayseri, Kırşehir, Yozgat, Sivas, Tokat, Amasya, Ordu and Giresun on a 190 km wide eclipse path. Due to the climatic and meteorological conditions, Antalya coast will be the best choice.
