Turkey has made enormous progress in the automotive sector lately and is preparing to export a vehicle with a Turkish brand name to Europe shortly.
It has been decided to give the automobile to be manufactured by Tofas in 2007, code-named D 200, a Turkish name.
One third of the 60,000 new cars to be manufactured annually will be exported to Europe."
