"Turkey Is An Attractive Country For Tourism Sector, Katapodis
AYDIN - Greek Consul General in Izmir George Katapodis has indicated that Turkey was an attractive country for tourism sector.
Katapodis had a meeting with Governor Mustafa Malay of western city of Aydin on Thursday, stating that relations between Turkey and Greece should be improved.
Noting that people from all over the world visited Turkey to spend their holiday, Katapodis underscored that there were many touristic attractions in Turkey.
Katapodis stressed that Greece supported Turkey's EU bid, indicating that he hoped that Turkey would complete the negotiation process successfully.
Stating that they opened two Shengen visa desks at the consulate general in Izmir in order to enhance relations between the two countries, he noted that they expected more Turkish tourists to Greece."
