"T.H.Y. Starts Direct Flýghts Between Istanbul And Abu Dhabi
ISTANBUL - Turkish Airlines (THY)'s direct flights from Istanbul to Abu Dhabi has begun late on Sunday evening.
The first THY flight to Abu Dhabi departed from Istanbul at 20:05 hours. Among the 42 passengers of the first flight were THY Member of the Executive Board Oguz Borat and members of the press.
There will be two flights to Abu Dhabi from Istanbul every week, one on Wednesday and the other on Sunday. As of May 31st, 2006, the number of flights will be three a week (including Fridays).
THY will use Airbus 320-200 jets and the fee will be 529-639 Euro for business class and 269-449 Euro for economy class."
