The surge in terrorist attacks at the hands of the outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) is damaging relations between Turkey and the United States because most Turks blame Washington for renewed PKK violence emanating from northern Iraq, but the Iraqi bases are not the only front on which the group is active, a U.S. think tank report said."
