"Turkish Businesswomen Depart For Britain
ISTANBUL - Turkish Businesswomen's Association (TIKAD) Chairwoman Nilufer Bulut and three other representatives have departed from Istanbul today to attend a meeting in Britain.
''The meeting we will attend is an annual one. Representatives from 34 states, including those from Europe, the Mediterranean and Middle East attend this annual meeting,'' said Bulut.
According to Bulut, TIKAD will be represented by 10 women members 6 of whom went to Britain yesterday.
TIKAD's Deputy Chairwoman Demet Cetindogan Sabanci indicated that TIKAD will convey the status of the political and economic milieu in Turkey and elaborate on opportunities that exist for foreign investors in the Turkish market."
