The Turkish ambassador to the United Nations visited Murray State's campus Friday as part of the University's International Education Week.
Baki Ilkin spoke to students and faculty at Wrather West Kentucky Museum on Turkey's potential accession into the European Union.
University President F. King Alexander welcomed the audience and said the government officials asked him to bring Turkish culture to Murray State."
