"US urges European allies to gut PKK
ANKARA - The U.S. administration is urging not only Denmark but also other European allies to cut off the terrorist Kurdistan Workers' Party's (PKK) propaganda and financial support in Europe, diplomatic sources said yesterday.
'The diplomatic notes to Denmark are part of a broader diplomatic initiative,' one Western diplomat told The New Anatolian. 'The U.S. administration is actively having regular consultations with several European capitals, urging them to cut off the PKK's resources,' he said, adding that Turkey and the U.S. are working together closely to identify PKK affiliates in Europe. "
